PBAT Mulching Film Grade

PBAT resin, as a new-generation eco-friendly polymer, is a thermoplastic copolyester synthesized through precise chemical polycondensation of terephthalic acid (PTA), adipic acid (AA), and 1,4-butanediol (BDO). Its unique molecular chain structure ingeniously combines the flexibility of aliphatic polyesters and the rigidity of aromatic polyesters, delivering a balanced performance of strength and elasticity.

VISIONGREEN TH801T-MF, a specialty mulching film grade, for the production of biodegradable mulch films which can be fully degraded in the soil or under composting conditions. 

It exhibits outstanding tensile strength, durability, and excellent aging resistance. Moreover, the degradation byproducts of the film are harmless to soil and crops, avoiding the microplastics accumulation compared with the traditional plastic mulch films. It makes TH801T-MF an environmentally friendly polymer material.
