Foaming Grade

TPEE is a block copolymer containing polyester hard segments and polyether soft segments; Among them, the polyether soft segment and the amorphous polyester form an amorphous phase, and the ester hard segment partially crystallizes to form crystalline micro regions, which act as physical cross-linking points. TPEE has the elasticity of rubber and the strength of engineering plastics; Soft segments give it elasticity, making it like rubber; hard segments give it processing properties, making it like plastic; Compared with rubber, it has better processing performance and longer service life; Compared with engineering materials, it also has the characteristics of high strength, but better flexibility and dynamic mechanical properties.

ES3035FZ has characteristics such as high strength, high elasticity, and wear resistance, and is processed through injection molding and extrusion methods.Produce products in various shapes and sizes. After foaming the product with supercritical carbon dioxide or nitrogen, good rebound is achieved. 

Low density foam material. It is an excellent choice for running shoe midsoles and yoga mats. The midsole is the soul of sports shoes.
