PBSA is a biodegradable aliphatic copolyester made by combining succinic acid, adipic acid, 1,4-Butanediol. It is essentially a copolymer of PBS (Polybutylene Succinate) and PBA (Polybutylene Adipate). By introducing adipic acid into the structure of PBS, PBSA becomes softer and more flexible.
